The done for you installation
I set the whole thing up, and hand you the keys.
Everything in the free six-step guide, installed, connected and tested by Elon Pope, personally. Two weeks from the first call to a business that can take money. Every account is created in your name, and it ends with you removing my access while I talk you through it.
Book a 20-minute fit call
The complete installation is $3,750. If we are not a fit, I will tell you what to do next.
Twenty minutes, no preparation needed. I will ask what you are setting up and tell you honestly whether this is the right thing to buy.

What it costs
$3,750
One time. Not a retainer, not a subscription, and no commission on anything you sell.
The third-party tools are billed to you directly by each provider, in your own name. Several of the six have a free tier that is genuinely enough at the start. You get the current figures for your specific setup in the written handover.
Who this is for
A good fit
- You are a solo professional, an independent founder, or a local service business.
- You are getting set up to take customers, or you are running on personal accounts and want to move off them.
- You want the accounts in your own name, and you are willing to be in the room for the parts that legally require you.
- You would rather pay once to have it done than spend a fortnight learning six dashboards.
Not a fit
- You need a website, a brand identity, or marketing. None of that is in this scope.
- You want someone to keep running the accounts afterwards. This ends with a handover, not a retainer.
- You need advice on which entity type to form, or on tax. That is an accountant or an attorney, not me.
- You are already operating with all six pieces in place. There would be nothing for me to install.
- You want the accounts held in my name or under my agency. Every account is created in yours.
How it runs
01 · Before we start
About twenty minutes of your time. Your business name, the state you operate in, and a few ideas for a web address. I send a short list so nothing is a surprise on the call.
02 · Day 1, the kickoff call
Sixty minutes together. We create the accounts that need you in the room, because identity checks and bank applications cannot be done by anyone else, and you invite me into the rest.
03 · Days 2 to 7, the build
I do the slow parts on my own time. Domain records, email, payments, booking and calendar, all connected and tested end to end. No meetings for you.
04 · Day 8, the walkthrough
Forty five minutes, recorded so you can watch it again. I show you every account, where it lives, what it does and how to use it.
05 · Day 14, sign-off
We fix anything that broke in the first week. Then you remove my access from every service while I talk you through it, and I confirm it is gone.
Everything included
- A password manager, set up, with every login you own stored in it.
- Your domain, registered in your name, at a registrar that sells at cost.
- Business email on your own domain, with the DNS records added and verified.
- A payment account, connected to your business bank account, with a working payment link you have tested.
- A booking page wired to your calendar, with your real working hours and buffers.
- The six accounts connected to each other, then tested end to end rather than just created.
- A recorded walkthrough of every account and what it does.
- A written handover listing every service, the account it lives under, and what it costs you.
- Two weeks of fixes after the walkthrough.
- Removal of my access from every service, done with you watching.
What is not included
- A website. It is a separate piece of work with its own scope and price.
- Logo, brand or marketing material of any kind.
- Bookkeeping, tax filing, payroll, or any ongoing account management.
- Legal or tax advice, including which entity type to form.
- The third-party subscription costs. Those are billed to you by each provider, in your own name.
What is outside my control
Two weeks is my clock, not everyone's. These five run on their own schedule, and no amount of work on my side moves them. If one of them is slow, the rest of the build carries on around it.
- State business filing
- Approval times are set by your state and range from same day to several weeks. Nothing I do changes that queue.
- Bank account approval
- Banks run their own identity and business checks, and some require you to attend a branch. Timelines are theirs, not mine.
- Payment processor review
- Payment providers verify a new business before releasing the first payout, which commonly takes a week or two.
- Domain and DNS propagation
- Records can take a few hours to take effect worldwide. It is normal, and it is not something to redo when it is slow.
- Anything requiring your identity
- You have to be the one to complete identity verification, sign applications and accept terms. That is the point of the accounts being yours.
Questions people actually ask
Whose name are the accounts in?
Yours. Every account is created under your name, your email and your payment method. I am added as a collaborator or an admin where a service supports it, and that access is removed on the last day while you watch.
What happens to your access when the work is done?
On sign-off day we go through each service together and you remove me. I do not keep a copy of your passwords after handover, and the password manager is yours, so you can see exactly who has access at any time.
How long does it take?
Two weeks from the kickoff call, and about eight hours of that is mine rather than yours. The parts that can run late are the state filing and the bank, both of which run on their own schedule.
How much of my time does it need?
Roughly two hours in total. Twenty minutes of preparation, a sixty minute kickoff call, a forty five minute recorded walkthrough, and a short sign-off call at the end.
Are there ongoing fees to you?
No. The installation is a single payment and there is no retainer, no subscription to me and no commission on anything you sell. You will pay the third-party providers directly for the tools you keep, in your own name.
What does it cost to run afterwards?
It depends which tools you keep and what those providers charge at the time. Several of the six have a free tier that is genuinely enough at the start. I will give you the current figures for your specific setup in the written handover rather than publishing numbers here that go out of date.
Is my data safe during the build?
Credentials live in your password manager from the first day, which is why it is step one rather than step six. I use shared items rather than being sent passwords, nothing is emailed, and the shared access ends at handover. I am not able to promise anything about the security practices of the third-party providers themselves.
What if I get stuck after handover?
Fixes are included for two weeks after the walkthrough. After that you own it outright, and you have the recording and the written handover. You are welcome to email me, but there is no support contract and I will not pretend otherwise.
Do you guarantee my business will be approved?
No, and nobody honestly can. Whether an entity, a bank account or a payment account is approved is decided by the state, the bank and the provider, using their own rules. What I guarantee is the work: everything within my control is set up, connected and tested.
Can I just follow the free guide instead?
Yes, and that is genuinely the point of publishing it. The guide is the whole method, in order, for free. The install exists for people who would rather not spend the fortnight.
Not ready to book?
Send a message and I will answer it. Booking a call is faster, and it is the only way to find out whether this is a fit, but a question by email is welcome.
