Project EP offers three web app builds and the $49 Finish It kit, delivered personally by Elon Pope. The site also has a short audit you can run without buying anything.

Nothing on this site is advice about your particular situation. Whether you need to form an entity, which type to form, which licences or registrations apply to you, and how you should be taxed are questions for an accountant or an attorney in your state.

The three builds are Build, Build + automations and Build + AI visibility. What each one includes is listed in the Packages section.

To start a build, complete the audit. If your business is a fit, book a call to go through the work and price. If you choose to buy through a Stripe link, you pay the full agreed price there. Stripe works out any sales tax from your address and shows the total before you confirm. This site never sees your payment details.

Buying a build means you accept these terms. Please read them before you buy.

After you buy, I email you a statement of work for your build and a start date. The statement of work sets out what your build includes. Work beyond that scope is priced in writing before it starts.

Booking a call does not create an agreement. It starts a conversation.

All sales are final. If Project EP does not deliver the statement of work for your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. Refund requests: founder@elonpope.com.

The Finish It kit delivers a written plan on screen and by email. If no plan arrives, the $49 is refunded in full.

Not included: logo, brand or marketing work; bookkeeping, tax, payroll or legal advice; hosting and software fees, which each provider bills to you directly; and new work after the first 30 days, which is quoted before it starts.

Accounts created during the build are yours. They are created in your name, using your email address and your payment method, and you are the account holder from the moment each one exists. Access granted to Elon Pope for the work is removed at handover, with you performing the removal.

Subscription costs for third-party tools are billed to you directly by each provider. They are not part of the build price and Project EP does not receive any part of them.

Bug fixes are free for 30 days after launch.

No part of this service can guarantee that a state will approve your filing, that a bank will open an account for you, that a payment provider will accept your business, or how long any of them will take. Those decisions belong to those organisations and are made under their own rules.

Nothing here promises a level of revenue, a number of customers, or a business outcome of any kind. What is promised is the work set out in your statement of work.

The Finish It kit's plan is general guidance written from your answers. Its times and costs are estimates, not quotes.

The audit on the homepage reports what Google's listings and its PageSpeed test show at one moment, plus your own answers. Listings change, and speed scores vary from one run to the next, so treat the report as a starting point, not a measurement and not professional advice.

Please do not submit false information to the audit, try to exhaust its limits, ask for reports to be sent to addresses that are not yours, or interfere with the service. The Google lookup and the report are limited per connection per day so they keep working for everyone.

What is collected and how it is handled is set out on the privacy page, which is written from the code rather than from a template.

These terms change when the service does, and the date at the top says when they were last revised. The terms in place when you buy are the ones that apply to your purchase. Questions go to founder@elonpope.com.
