Questions
What does the audit check?
Your Google listing and reviews, and how fast your website loads on a phone. Then a few quick questions: prices, booking and paying, replies to new customers, and whether someone else could run things for a week. The report scores each check and says what's working and what needs fixing.
Do I have to give my email?
You need an email for the full report. First, you answer each question, one at a time. If you have no website, choose "I don't have one." The report is one email. The Weekly Wire is separate and only sent if you tick its box.
How do I start a build?
Start with the free audit. If your business is a fit, you can book a call to go through the work and price.
What happens after we agree on a build?
I send you a statement of work and start date. Then I build it, we do two rounds of changes, and it launches in your name.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. If Project EP does not deliver the statement of work for your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. Refund requests: founder@elonpope.com.
What if I need more than my tier covers?
Work beyond your tier is priced in writing before it starts.
Whose name are the accounts in?
Yours: your email and your payment method. My access ends at handover, and I keep no passwords.
How much of my time does it take?
Approving the direction and two rounds of changes. I handle everything in between.
What happens after launch?
Bug fixes are free for 30 days after launch.
What does it cost to run afterwards?
Hosting and any tools you keep, billed to you by each provider. Your handover lists them.
What is not included?
Logo, brand or marketing work; bookkeeping, tax, payroll or legal advice; hosting and software fees, which each provider bills to you directly; and new work after the first 30 days, which is quoted before it starts.
